Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead, coach, and drive performance for our residential service team. This role is ideal for a sales-focused manager with a proven ability to drive KPIs, revenue, and team accountability.
A background in the HVAC trades is not required—we value leadership, operational discipline, and sales management experience above all.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the residential service department to meet and exceed revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals
• Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
  • Conversion rates
  • Average ticket
  • Revenue per call
  • Call completion rates
• Coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable for performance and professionalism
• Partner with dispatch and operations to optimize scheduling, call flow, and productivity
• Implement sales processes, pricing strategies, and performance standards
• Conduct ride-alongs, team meetings, and regular performance reviews
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation
• Analyze reports and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales management, service management, or operations leadership
• Strong ability to coach teams and drive performance through metrics
• Comfortable holding employees accountable while building trust and morale
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required
