As our company continues to expand, we are seeking an organized, driven, and hands-on HVAC Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, support field teams, and help drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations & Logistics

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
• Receive, organize, and maintain HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock controls.
• Coordinate equipment and material availability to support daily operations.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage vendor deliveries and inventory replenishment.

Team Support & Leadership

• Serve as a key operational resource for field personnel and office staff.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and deployment of equipment and materials.
• Support project execution by ensuring crews have the resources they need to succeed.
• Help develop and improve operational processes and warehouse efficiencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to support company growth initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with planning and implementing scalable operational procedures as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management, HVAC operations, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, materials, and industry practices.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience coordinating multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
